Jeff Sweeney
Chairman of the Board
Jeff is the co-founder of Arrowhead Ranch and over the last 10 years he has served as the Executive Director. Jeff graduated from Harding University where he played college basketball and graduated with a degree in Business Management. He has over 25 years of experience in senior executive management with regional and national homebuilders and has received multiple awards in the homebuilding industry. Jeff feels honored to be part of such a great organization and feels God has led him to this ministry. Jeff and his wife Pam have 4 children and reside at Arrowhead Ranch in Normandy, Tennessee. Jeff and his family attend Fair Haven Baptist Church and he also serves as County Commissioner for the 5th district in Bedford County Tennessee.

Andy Bobo
Board Member
Andy is practicing attorney in Shelbyville, Tennessee, where he concentrates in Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Business Transactions, and Social Security Disability. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee in 2000, and his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in 2002. In addition to his practice, Andy has been active in the community.  Andy is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Child Development Center in Shelbyville. Andy is also a member of the First United Methodist Church of Tullahoma and serves on various Church committees. Andy and his wife, Claire Bass Bobo, currently reside in Tullahoma. They have four children, Madelyn, McLayne, Sam, and Alex.

Trip York
Board Member
Trip attended Maryville College where he studied Chemistry and played baseball. After graduating with a BS, he moved to Memphis where he earned a Doctorate of Pharmacy at the University of Tennessee. While in graduate school, he met his wife, Carmon. Along with their daughter, they attend The First Church of the Nazarene in Shelbyville. His hobbies include golf, hunting and building and customizing golf carts and hunting carts. He is a member of the Southern Longbeards and is a Board member on The Longbeard Foundation which are both involved with promoting the outdoors to local youth.

Jennifer Meyer
Board Member
Jennifer Meyer is a professional with 20+ years of experience in Accounting, Operations, Human Resources and Technology. Jennifer is known as a passionate leader focused on helping others develop personally and professionally and creating opportunities for businesses to evolve and develop. She helps others define their vision and then make it their reality. Jennifer is currently the Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at Nationwide Express, Inc. She has been with Nationwide Express for 5 years and was previously with Asurion Insurance Services in Nashville, TN, for 10 years. Jennifer grew up in southern Indiana and enjoys living outdoors and riding American Quarter Horses. She has been a resident of Middle TN for 16 years and loves living in the rural community of Flat Creek. She is a member of the American Quarter Horse Association and the Tennessee Cattlemen’s Association. Being part of providing opportunities for young people to learn, grow and have exposure in a Christian environment to loving homes, honest work and mentors that can shape life skills is why Jennifer is excited to be part of the Arrowhead Ranch Board of Directors.
